Orator Master" Extempore Competition,

As part of the upcoming Cooperative Week celebrations, the Commerce Department at Sir Syed College will host the "Orator Master" Extempore Competition, an event designed to foster public speaking skills and promote awareness of cooperative principles.

The B. Com 2004-07 batch of Sir Syed College held their alumni meet on August 3, 2024, marking a memorable reunion. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Mahmood Allamkulam, General Secretary of CDMEA, who delivered an inspiring speech. The alumni demonstrated their gratitude and affection for the institution by generously donating Rs. 50,000 to the department. Pg and Research Department of Commerce, Sir Syed College organised a one day workshop for 3rd sem Bcom 2023-26 batch. Conducted on 8 July 2024, at seminar hall. Workshop was inaugurated at 9:50 by Dr. Ismail Olayikkara ( Principal of Sirsyed college, Taliparamba) At 10:30 the first session of this workshop "Future Ahead" was lead by Dr.Abdussalam A.K- (Assistant professor in Botony department. ) At 11:00 the second session "Careers in Commerce" was held by Muhammad Salin. C (Assistant professor in commerce.) At 11:15 the third session on "Professional courses in the Campus" was held by Dr. Shanavas SM ( Assistant professor in commerce, Director of Professional Academy) One day workshop was ended with the last session on " Synergy: The Secret of Team Work" lead by Navas Mannan ( Senior Resource Person CIGI) The whole event came to an end with vote of thanks delivered by Noufal Pallipath
