Students Welfare

A number of scholarships are awarded to students every year by various agencies. Students of the College are eligible for merit scholarships awarded by the Government of India, the University and State Government. In addition to the above, Cannanore District Muslim Educational Association also awards a number of scholarships to the students. Many scholarships are also available from various agencies like the Wakf Board, the Rubber Board, Sir Syed College Alumni Association (Dubai chapter) etc. Students are eligible for “Kerala State Scholarships for Arts and Science Courses” provided they have secured 50% marks and above in their qualifying examinations. The scholarships are awarded on merit cum means, subject to the number allotted each year.
