Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) is a holistic scheme of development for higher education in India. Sir Syed College has been selected for the prestigious RUSA 2.0 project with 2 crores. The college is under commitment to create a next generation higher education institute in North Malabar for supporting the social and emotional learning of all students by using this prestigious project funds. The college is constructing an audio visual theatre and renovating the library and seminar hall under this project. Apart from that college is also procuring various instruments like RTPCR for the various research departments.
